Max Pemberton
Max Pemberton is a doctor, journalist and writer. He works full time in the NHS in mental health. He is a columnist for the Daily Telegraph and Reader's Digest and as well as a contributor to the Mail On Sunday. He has won several awards for his writing, including the Mind Journalist of the Year and the Royal College of Psychiatrists Public Educator of the Year award. He is a presenter on the BBC Radio 4 flagship health programme, Inside Health. He has also written three books; Trust Me I'm A Junior Doctor

Rev Dr Nigel Copsey
Nigel is the guest speaker. He has worked in Surrey for twenty five years as the Team Leader for mental health spiritual care. Throughout this time Nigel has worked to ensure that spiritual care forms an essential element in the care of those who use mental health services. As an Anglican Priest he is also passionate about the role the Faith Communities can play in supporting those with mental health needs. Nigel teaches mental health and spirituality at a number of London Universities as well as lecturing part time in psychotherapy. He is an accredited Psychotherapist who is always seeking to integrate psychological and spiritual truth.

David Camilleri
David was born in Malta in 1963 and ordained priest in 1992. He ministered for eight years in Melbourne Australia in a Mission Spirituality Centre. He was also involved in Vocation Ministry and Sixth form Chaplaincy there. He has an MA in Pastoral Theology and an MA in Pastoral Counselling. In 2003 he came to the UK and is incardinated within the RC Southwark Diocese. He first was assigned as an assistant priest in Dartford Kent and then parish priest for five years at St Benet's Catholic Church in Abbey Wood. in 2009 he joined the Chaplaincy team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospital and also co-ordinates chaplaincy work at St Raphael's Hospice North Cheam. David's passions are around the relationship between Spirituality, the Human Sciences and the arts.

Shidaa Adjin-Tettey
'Shidaa Adjin-Tettley is a Project Officer at Surrey County Council and he has been in this role since 2011. He is a member of the team which is putting the Dementia and Mental Health Services for Older People in Surrey (2010-2015) strategy into action. He is currently working with key local partners in East and Mid-Surrey; supporting Carers, Health and Social care teams, stakeholders from the voluntary sector and local government to improve the quality and effectiveness of services for people with dementia and their carers.'

Anita Campbell and Karen Tapson
Anita Campbell and Karen Tapson are both Dementia Navigators and as such are able to go out and visit people with dementia offering information and support throughout their experience of dementia. We liaise with the statutory services and signpost if appropriate to other agencies. They can facilitate the access of day care and home support services and provide carers support groups. Karen is instrumental in a monthly Alzheimer’s Café in Banstead and also provides support at a weekly dementia café.

Robin van Creveld - Community Chef
Robin van Creveld is a chef, community food consultant, educator, social activist and entrepreneur. He has worked in various sectors of the food industry since 1994, and currently runs Community Chef a socially focused business offering consultancy, training, cookery classes, workshops and demonstrations in a variety of settings. Robin and his team work with nationally with schools, community groups, charities, government organisations, primary care trusts and ethical businesses. Community Chef is stewarded by Action in rural Sussex and supported by Chances 4 Change, which is funded by the Big Lottery Fund. Community Chef directly supports a sustainable food system by using and promoting local food, independent food producers and retailers, organic agriculture, community food co-operatives and community self-sufficiency.
